Before providing directions to the members of the Team it is very essential for the Leader to know the strengths and weaknesses for himself or herself that is the good sign to be considered as a perfect Leader for any Business. Good Leaders can themselves recognize what they can do and cannot do for an organization and could assist in contributing their best in the future and could become an asset for the organization.  

 #Goal Setting

The main role of a Leader is to plan and set goals before executing any kind of task. It is essential for each and every Business Leader to prioritize in setting the strategic goals for the company to grow and achieve higher profits in future. One of the primary aims of every Business Leader is to encourage all the employees working in the organization in order to accomplish common objectives and goals.

#Communication

Leader is the one who must possess the ability to communicate and give proper direction to its Team members at the workplace. One of the main characteristics of a Leader is active listening and speaking confidently with the members of the Team. He or she should be able to communicate the ideas, mission and vision to the members.

#Interpersonal skills

Interacting with the Team members and trying to know them personally along with identifying their capabilities to work in the group should be done by the Leader. It will tend to help the Leader in distributing the work among the members thereby saving a lot of time and enhancing the working efficiency and productivity of the Team.

Adaptability could be defined as the way of reacting towards the changing circumstances. Leaders have the quality to resolve and find the productive solution for any problem. He should be able to adapt the dynamic changes that are taking place and effectively communicate them to its employees.
