Staying motivated at work sometimes can be one of the most challenging things you’ll do all day, but it is also one of the most important. The difference between peak performance and burnout is often motivation. Suppose you’re pushing yourself to work through distractions and fatigue. In that case, you’re staying on track to achieve your future goals and get ahead in your career. But if you let yourself be distracted or lose focus, you can quickly find yourself spinning your wheels instead of progressing toward your goals. So how do you stay motivated at work? Follow these seven tips to stay motivated at work to help keep your head above water and your eyes on the prize.

Things you must consider to stay Motivated:

1. Make a Work Plan -

If you don’t know what needs to get done, you won’t have an idea about how to do it. The plan may change as events dictate, but something is always better than nothing. And if you have a better way of doing things or think of something important later on, your plan will allow you to edit your tasks easily. So put together a plan for yourself and check off items throughout your day—this will keep you and your seniors happy!

2. Write it Down -

By writing down a daily list of three to five tasks you want to accomplish, you’ll have a tangible way of making sure that nothing slips through your mind. You may think of other things you need or want to do during the day, but having an official list will prevent those from slipping off your mind. If you get stuck on something, cross it out and move on; returning later to work on it will be much easier if fewer items are left on your list.

3. Set Mini-Goals -

Often, our most significant goals can seem so significant that we feel paralyzed. Break them down into smaller tasks to avoid being overwhelmed by big goals. For example, if you have a project due in a week, set mini-goals for every day leading up to it. It will help you be consistent and on track and ensure you don’t burn out or give up when things get complicated.

4. Create an Invigorating Work Environment -

According to some studies, employees are happier and more productive when they can be in a comfortable atmosphere, or just enjoy their surroundings. Take time on your lunch break to go outside, walk around your office building or even sit in silence for five minutes. That’s all it takes to re-energize you before you start work again.

5. Read something that puts things into Perspective -

Not everyone needs a pep talk to get going, but sometimes an encouraging dose of perspective is all you will need for some days. If you’re feeling uninspired, take a moment before you begin your workday and read a few pages from a book that puts things in perspective. That could be anything from The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod—a morning routine bible for those serious about success—to The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin.

6. Feed Your Brain Good Stuff -

You’re going to want to make sure that you keep your energy up during a busy work day. It’s easy for our brain to become depleted and find it hard to develop good ideas when we run out of energy fuel. You can boost your energy by staying hydrated, eating plenty of protein and carbohydrates (the good stuff), and avoiding sugar and caffeine. Try to avoid caffeine because it can cause fluctuations in energy levels throughout your day. Remember: fueling your body will feed your mind!

7. Talk about it with your Colleagues -

After you have worked hard and accomplished something important, it is a good idea to discuss it with your colleagues. It will boost your self-confidence, keep you motivated and help you improve for next time. Others’ input matters! Never work alone; there are always people around who can help you in some way or another. If there aren’t people around that might be helpful, then reach out online on social media or make some new friends.

Having trouble staying motivated at work is common, and you’re not alone; many people struggle with this daily due to various reasons. Now that you have gone through the tips on how to stay motivated at work, you must consider trying it. That way, you’ll stay motivated and lighten up the atmosphere of your work area, along with scaling up your productivity level because of your increased focusing power.

Is it Possible to Classify Cryptocurrency as an Asset Class? By Urvashi Arya #CryptoCurrency #DigitalMoney #InvestorClass #ArtOfInvestment #MoneyMinting

Is it Possible to Classify Cryptocurrency as an Asset Class?

By Urvashi Arya

#CryptoCurrency

#DigitalMoney

#InvestorClass

#ArtOfInvestment

#MoneyMinting

We are all aware that asset classes such as equity, fixed income, real estate, cash, and commodities exist. Some individuals also debate whether or not "Art" is an asset class.

And now there's a new discussion about whether crypto is a new asset class in and of itself, or merely an alternative currency or, at best, a speculative tool.

Is cryptocurrency considered an "Asset Class"?

If you closely look at the "fixed income" asset class, you'll notice that it includes a variety of instruments such as fixed deposits, PPFs, EPFs, Senior Citizen Saving Schemes, NSCs, and debt mutual funds.

You'll notice that they share several qualities (because they're all essentially loans to someone) and that the laws and regulations are similar across the country and abroad (though the names of products can be different)

The same may be stated for the real estate asset class, where land, bungalows, REITs, and commercial establishments are all physical areas whose prices fluctuate based on comparable factors.

Simultaneously, many crypto investors purchase it primarily for speculative purposes rather than as a fundamental investment tool. They expect it to appreciate owing to some real cause related to the economy or its use.

Why do I refuse to view cryptocurrency as an asset class?

Cryptocurrencies have exploded to become famous over the last 3-4 years, with significant cryptos like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, and others seeing their market capitalizations reach billions of dollars. It's a complicated world dependent on even more complex technology, unlike other asset classes that are relatively simple to describe and comprehend for the average person.

Try discussing Real Estate or Equity with someone unfamiliar with the Crypto mining process, and you will see what I mean.

Another reason I don't think of cryptocurrencies as an asset class is because it is ultimately just a piece of software code. Are we arguing that anything so reliant on a computer and energy is considered an asset class, even though it is widely accepted and used? What happens if the world runs out of electricity or all computers fail one day?

Things like equity, debt, real estate, cash (in any form), commodities, and art, on the other hand, will all persist and exist in some way.

Do you think of cryptocurrency as a new asset class or just a new type of online payment system?

Whether you wish to view it as an asset class or not is a matter of perception. Could you please try to explain how you came to this conclusion? What are your thoughts about it?

Disclaimer: Am I implying that the value of cryptocurrencies will not rise? All I'm disputing is whether it should be classified as an asset class or not.

Did you read about Blogging or heard about it from a friend and decide to take a chance? You made a pretty exciting choice. However, the critical question is which topic should be written? Often, a writer beginning this journey faces a difficult moment deciding what to write about. There are a number of choices. And the choice of how to start can be pretty puzzling.

Sharing life experiences is easy and fun as a post on Social Media. All of us do that  traffic and entertainment. However, considering it as a means of earning money can seem like a tricky idea. Don’t panic. Relax. Think it over. Think about whatever makes you happy and ecstatic. It can be anything. From nutrition to Travel, from finance to education, from fashion to psychology, and much more. Your options are infinite.

Below is a list of niches which have been found to receive high traffic and more likely to earn a decent income:

1. Food

Who doesn't love to read about food? Yes, the rationale may vary, but the subject is interesting. Sharing your recipes with specific information on the history of those recipes is an attraction. In addition, you can win a loyal audience and revenue. Under the current scenario, food and beverage businesses work hard enough to achieve gender equality in the workplace. They are happy people, which makes writing on them or their work even more entertaining.

2. Travel

Do you love Travelling? Are you a vagabond? Have too many amusing stories and facts about the places you've explored? Share them. Don't narrow it down to your experiences. Skill development is critical. Who knows, you could Travel and be hired to write about it. What will help you gain more popularity and cash is your specialization. While writing general subjects about trips and places is fun, focus on what you know and excel. Travel is a vast niche. Find your niche in the slot itself.

3. Fashion

The only thing which is fashionable forever is fashion. If you decide to follow this niche, there are all the opportunities you will get a huge traffic for your Blog. Today, everyone wishes to learn more about fashion and industry trends. You can also get sponsorship from companies by initially writing about their products free of charge. If the content quality is worthy, then they could sponsor you!

4. Finance

Another topic that is highly sought after on the Web. The way to manage money can be delicate. If you are adept at managing your finances and know a few helpful tips and tricks, then there is no reason for you not to write about it. As a large number of people are looking for experts in this area, there is a fair chance of making a lot of money. Although you don't need an official diploma in finance to write about it, be sure to keep your facts clear.

5. Education

We are talking about a large area. Educational Blogs include course outlines, tutorials, tips for doing better in school, adult education, curriculum review, and much more. Those mentioned represent only a small portion. The more you enter this niche, the more you will need to explore. All you have to do is reach the right audience and make sure you use the right keywords to attract the right audience. Although as a beginner, you might find it difficult to monetize, advertisements, advertising banners, donations, sponsorships could be of great assistance.

If you have decided to take Blogging as a profession, understand that the niche that you choose must provide you with better-earning opportunities as your Blogs will be directly in proportion to your income. In addition, do not forget that the high quality of the content and strong Search Engine Optimization (SEO) plays a greater role than the chosen niche itself. Register for courses which will provide you with SEO expertise. Keep up to date with your facts and numbers. The best thing about being an expert Blogger is to continue to explore and learn. Never stagnate on your own.

Keep growing. Keep writing!
