Parents Need to be Tech-Savvy

For the smooth conduction of the remote learning of the child, we need help from parents.

Parents need to be tech-savvy. We want parents to guide their children at home. Parents have expressed that they are having problems using technology. I completely agree. Parents were not aware of the tools the schools will need to teach and learn, which now students and teachers are using to communicate. Parents had queries like, PDF file doesn't open in our system, we download a file but we don't get to know where is it saved, how do I send an attachment, what size of the file can be sent and loads of queries but can be resolved. I request if family together can help each other to learn these steps to complete a task. The scope of technical skills expected from the parents has to be oriented by the school. It should be with the pace of the learning ability of parents, which can be found through feedbacks. Tech-savvy parents at home will help students to guide and support. Step by step, need-based learning of parents will help schools to connect substantially with their ward, and make learning easier.

Far too often we settle. We settle for what is easy. We settle for what is possible. We settle for the practical opportunities that present themselves, relegating our Dreams to the worlds of fancy that exist only within our minds.

What if you were meant to do something bigger? Something greater?

This is the challenge we face as leaders. The question "How do we hold onto the vision in the face of reality?" is one that haunts each of us every day. Here are three practical tips that can help each us in our quest to reach for the moon AND hit the stars:

Never lose sight of the Dream: Our Dreams are what Motivate us. They are the passions, the inner stirrings that excite us and that keep us going. While the realities of our day-to-day can easily consume our priorities, the struggle of every leader must be to never lose sight of the Dream. Less we end up doing things that undermine our ability to actually reach our Dreams.
Hold the Dream and reality in tension: If your Dream isn't in conflict with your reality, then you must reconsider whether it's a Dream at all. Our Dreams should stretch us. They should force us out of our comfort zones and push us to strive toward things that we previously thought impossible. That's the point of Dreaming! This will help us to continue to drive toward the possible "impossibilities" that lay ahead.
Don't be afraid to Dream bigger: How can the impossible become possible if you can't even imagine or Dream up the impossible? Every great invention, every great innovation started as a Dream. The lightbulb, the Internet, the iPhone... Each started as an idea or whim of fancy that Edison and others imagined. Our task is to let our Dreams take us to places we never before thought possible. And when we get there, to Dream even bigger!

       On its arrival there is a holiday for many days.

       Everybody starts this festival by playing thali, tali and bell and burning lots of lamps.

       Papa wipes utensils and brooms.

       The festival of Corona is celebrated by wearing a mask and namaste ------ Besides that it is necessary to drink a bitter Kada

       New clothes are not worn in this festival. ----- Papa wears Bermuda and vest and ---- Mummy celebrates this festival by wearing a gown or anything Sexy. 

      In this festival, friends of our parents or even our neighbors do not come home ------- Therefore, like Deepawali, home does not have to be decorated.

        The best thing about this festival is that the mother gives us the phone herself, now there is no scolding on touching the phone.

      इस त्यौहार में मम्मी पापा के फ्रेंड या हमारे नेबर भी घर नही आते ------- इसलिए दीपावली की तरह घर भी डेकोरेट नही करना पड़ता | 
        इस त्यौहार की सबसे अच्छी बात ये है कि मम्मी हमें फोन खुद देती हैं अब फोन छूने पर डांट नही पड़ती |      
       मेरे सारे फ्रेंड्स  के अलावा --- इण्डिया के बाहर भी सब लोग न्यू इयर की तरह इस त्यौहार को मनाते हैं |

Sad to see this picture. This teenager who looks like a badass is Kanhaiya Gupta's son.
My first acquaintance with Kanhaiya Gupta was when I was working in Bettiah for Dainik Jagran. Later, Kanhaiya Gupta started working for the Bharatiya Janata Party. Recently he was made the chairman of the Bettiah Nagar unit of the party. He fell prey to the Korana transition in preparation for the party leaders' digital rally and door-to-door government report cards.

When he went to the hospital, he was confident that his party is in power in the state and his own MP Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal is currently the state's state president, so he will get better treatment. His confusion broke in the hospital. He kept on pleading with his leader and local MP but he did not get help. He died of lack of oxygen at Bettiah Medical College.


Now many people are expressing anger and surprise on social media. It is written that in the election, Sanjay Jaiswal, for whom Kanhaiya Gupta used to do one day and night, Sanjay Jaiswal did not help in treating Kanhaiya Gupta! MP could not arrange a single oxygen cylinder! Not only this, after the death of the city president of his party, the local MPs did not come to share the grief of his family!
I could not find anything that surprised me. When the leaders are saddened by the deaths of the workers, which are now happening. The workers themselves are living many kinds of delusions. And today those who are questioning MP Sanjay Jaiswal after the death of Kanhaiya Gupta, they are either victims of great confusion or are deliberately trying to spread confusion.
Who does not know that a large political family of Bettiah deliberately kept the Bettiah Sadar Hospital in disarray for the last thirty-forty years on the strength of their political power, so that they could loot the locals comfortably in their family doctor's shop. The person associated with the same family created various obstacles in the construction of Bettiah Medical College and later on the strength of his political power, many types of medical facilities were not started in the hospital. He cannot see his family doctor shop being affected even a little bit. From whom is this truth hidden? This man, who robbed the public in his family's medical shop, kept calling the medical college's facilities as medical facilities to maintain confusion among the common man.
Who among you does not know this? However, you vote only for the one who has either come to his family medical shop or has made the condition to embrace death mandatory. So you have chosen death yourself.
You are getting what you want. Which better hospital, good schools, good roads did you vote for! You did not vote for the man who did not let your railway over bridge be built for cutting silver at his petrol pump. Then who will pay you, you alone.
Have you ever asked yourself this question, why did the man whom you have been choosing for years, not give a solution to any of your old problems.
Kanhaiya Gupta has not died without a single oxygen cylinder, many such Kanhaiya are dying here like this everyday for years. The culprit for these thousands of deaths is not just the leader you have chosen. You are also part of that crime. Knowing that this man is of no use, you chose him. Since allana is necessary, so it is a compulsion to keep repeating the jokes. Neither Alana will ever work for you nor so much. And know one thing, a forced voter can never choose a strong representative.
If you have opened your eyes after the death of Kanhaiya Gupta, then take a look at the groups of young people of Champaran eating grief and abuses in Delhi-Mumbai for employment. Open your eyes on the hospital road of Bettiah and look at the face of children dying in the mother's dock due to lack of medicines. If you can see, then see the stomach of the people drowning in the flood. And if we can count only the deaths in road accidents due to jam at Cantonment Chowk in Bettiah. If you have done this, then you will do good to yourself and family.

You will get out of the confusion.

And yes,

If you cannot do all this then do not even pretend to express grief and anger over the death of Kanhaiya Gupta.


Just wait when your turn comes and when do you find the movement of Kanhaiya Gupta.


इस तस्वीर को देख कर दुख हो रहा है। बदहवास सा दिख रहा ये किशोर, कन्हैया गुप्ता का बेटा है। 
कन्हैया गुप्ता से मेरा पहला परिचय तब हुआ था जब मैं दैनिक जागरण के लिए बेतिया में काम कर रहा था। बाद के दिनों में कन्हैया गुप्ता ने भारतीय जनता पार्टी के लिए काम करना शुरू कर दिया। हाल ही में वो पार्टी की बेतिया नगर इकाई का अध्यक्ष बनाए गए थे। पार्टी नेताओं की डिजिटल रैली की तैयारियों और दरवाजे-दरवाजे सरकार का रिपोर्ट कार्ड पहुंचाने के क्रम में वो कोराना संक्रमण का शिकार हो गए।

अस्पताल गए तो उन्हें भरोसा था कि सूबे में उनकी पार्टी की सरकार है और उनके अपने सांसद डॉ संजय जायसवाल फिलहाल पार्टी के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष हैं तो उनको बेहतर इलाज मिल ही जाएगा। अस्पताल में उनका ये भ्रम टूट गया। वो लगातार अपने नेता और स्थानीय सांसद से गुहार लगाते रहे लेकिन उनको मदद नहीं मिली। बेतिया मेडिकल कॉलेज में ऑक्सीजन के अभाव में उनकी मौत हो गई।


अब कई लोग सोशल मीडिया पर गुस्सा और हैरानी जता रहे हैं। लिख रहे हैं कि चुनाव में जिस संजय जायसवाल के लिए कन्हैया गुप्ता रात-दिन एक कर देते थे उसी कन्हैया गुप्ता के इलाज में संजय जायसवाल ने कोई मदद नहीं की! एक अदद ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर का इंतजाम नहीं करवा सके सांसद जी! इतना ही नहीं अपनी पार्टी के नगर अध्यक्ष की मौत के बाद उसके परिजनों का दुख बांटने भी नहीं आए स्थानीय सांसद!
मुझे इसमें हैरान करने वाली कोई बात नहीं दिखी। कार्यकर्ताओं की मौतों पर भला कब नेता दुखी हुए हैं जो अब होने लगें। कार्यकर्ता खुद ही कई किस्म के भ्रम पाले जी रहे होते हैं। और आज जो लोग कन्हैया गुप्ता की मौत के बाद सांसद संजय जायसवाल पर सवाल उठा रहे हैं वो लोग या तो खुद बड़े भ्रम का शिकार हैं या जानबूझकर भ्रम फैलाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।
कौन नहीं जानता है कि बेतिया के एक बड़े राजनैतिक परिवार ने अपनी राजनैतिक ताकत के बल पर पिछले पैंतीस-चालीस सालों से बेतिया सदर अस्पताल को जानबूझकर बदहाल बनाए रखा ताकि, अपने परिवार की डॉक्टरी की दुकान में स्थानीय लोगों को वो आराम से लूट सके। इसी परिवार से जुड़े शख्स ने बेतिया मेडिकल कॉलेज के निर्माण में तरह-तरह की बाधाएं खड़ी की और बाद में भी अपनी राजनैतिक ताकत के दम पर अस्पताल में कई किस्म की मेडिकल सुविधाएं शुरू ही नहीं होने दी। वो अपने पारिवारिक डॉक्टरी की दुकान को थोड़ा भी प्रभावित होता नहीं देख सकता है। किससे ये सच छुपा है? अपने परिवार की डाक्टरी वाली दुकान में जनता को लूटने वाला ये आदमी आम आदमी में भ्रम बनाए रखने के लिए मेडिकल कॉलेज की बदहाली को ही मेडिकल कॉलेज की सुविधाएं बताता रहा।
आपमें से कौन ये बात नहीं जानता है। फिर भी आप वोट तो उसी को देते हैं न जिसने या तो उसकी पारिवारिक डॉक्टरी वाली दुकान में आओ या फिर मौत को गले लगाओ वाली शर्त अनिवार्य कर रखी है। तो मौत को तो खुद आपने ही चुना है न।
