After the Age of 50 
one may experience
many types of illnesses.🤔

But the one I am most worried about is Alzheimer's.

Not only would I not be able to look after myself, 
but it would cause a lot of inconveinence to family members....

One day a doctor friend taught me an exercise using the tongue.

अपनी जीभ को बढ़ाएं और उसे 10 गुना के लिए बायीं तरफ दाएं खिसकाएं

चूंकि मैंने अपनी जीभ का दैनिक रूप से प्रयोग करना शुरू कर दिया, मेरे मस्तिष्क प्रतिधारण में सुधार हुआ।

मेरा मन स्पष्ट और ताजा था और अन्य सुधार भी थे ...

12 दिन अमेरिका की जेल में थे .. ना कोई आधार ना वारंट ना सबूत .. कुछ नहीं फिर भी राष्ट्रपति रोनाल्ड रीगन ने उन्हें जेल भिजवा दिया..
और कहा कि हम आपको बिना सबूतों के भी अंदर रखेंगे ट्रायल के रूप में और कहेंगे कि आपने देश विदेश से अपने शिष्यों को बिना वीसा के अमेरिका लाकर अमेरिकी कानून का उल्लंघन किया है ..

आपको ये साबित करने में कि आप निर्दोष हो 10 साल लग जायेंगे और तब तक आपका कम्यून आपके बिना नष्ट हो जायेगा या हम उसे तबाह कर देंगे ..और फिर हम आपको बाइज्जत आपके मुल्क भारत भेज देंगे...

वह ऐसा इसलिए कर रहा था क्योंकि ओशो का कम्यून 100 एकड़ से ज्यादा में फैला हुआ था उसमें खुद का airport,  हॉस्पिटल , स्कूल , कॉलेज सब था और वहाँ कोई भी मुद्रा नहीं चलती थी .. निःशुल्क था सब .. सभी राजनीति से हटकर अपना सुखी जीवन जी रहे थे.. लोगों की संख्या में लगातार बढ़ोत्तरी हो रही थी ... जिससे रोनाल्ड रीगन डर गया...

ओशो के शिष्यों को जब यह पता चला तो उन्होंने फूल भेजे जेल में भी और राष्ट्रपति भवन में भी .. जिस जेल में ओशो बंद थे वहाँ के जेलर ने अपनी आत्मकथा में लिखा है कि मैंने पहली बार देखा जब किसी असंवैधानिक गिरफ्तारी का विरोध बिना हिंसा या उग्र प्रदर्शन के हुआ हो ..

उसने लिखा है कि वो 12 दिन मेरी जेल चर्च में बदल गई थी अमेरिका के कोने कोने से ढेरों फूल, गुलदस्ते , गमले आ रहे थे .. जब भी ओशो जेल से कोर्ट जाते लोग उन्हें फूल भेंट करते .. पूरा न्यायालय परिसर फूलों से भर गया था .... जज हैरान थे , पूरे पुलिस कर्मी हैरान थे ...

तब जजों ने ओशो से कहा ... हम सभी असामान्य रूप से चकित हैं , हमने स्पेशल फोर्सेस बुलवा कर रखी थीं क्योंकि आपके शिष्य लाखों में हैं प्रदर्शन उग्र हो सकता था .. पर यहाँ तो सब उम्मीद के विपरीत हो रहा है यह कैसा विरोध है ?

तब ओशो ने कहा ... यही मेरी दी हुई शिक्षा है , वो जैसा प्रदर्शन करेंगे असल में वह मुझे , मेरे आचरण और मेरी शिक्षा को ही व्यक्त करेंगे !!

ओशो ने भारत में रहते हुए इंदिरा , नेहरू , हिन्दू , मुस्लिम, ईसाई एवं अन्य सभी धर्मों में व्याप्त कुरीतियों का खुलेआम विरोध किया .. पर ना इंदिरा ने उन्हें जेल भेजा ना मोरारजी ने, ना चरण सिंह ना अन्य किसी ने .....
क्योंकि सभी ये बात जानते थे कि ये आदमी इतना तर्कपूर्ण और अर्थपूर्ण है कि ये हमारे राजनैतिक शिकंजों में ना आ सकेगा ... ना हम इसका कभी विरोध कर सकेंगे क्योंकि हम आधारहीन हैं !

और अंततः CIA ने थैलियम नाम का धीमा ज़हर देकर उन्हें मार दिया ... 1985 में देना देना शुरू किया और 5 सालों में 1990 में उनकी मृत्यु हो गई ..

क्योंकि जिसका तुम जवाब नही दे सकते उसे मारना ही बेहतर लगता है .... लेकिन शिष्यों ने तो फिर भी कोई विरोध नही किया ... नाच गाकर, नृत्य में डूबकर ओशो को विदा किया ... कोई रोया नही ना किसी ने किसी पर दोषारोपण किया ना कोई विरोध ना चक्काजाम , ना लोग मरे ना शहर जलाए गए .. 

एक गुरु को इससे अधिक क्या चाहिए.. शिष्य ही गुरु का प्रतिबिंम्ब होते हैं ..

जैसा शिष्य करेंगे दरअसल वही गुरु की दी हुई शिक्षा होगी |

He is very old ...
Whatever the hobbies, be a lover, in some days, the ghost of everyone goes away ... ..and just a drug addiction in such a way that the man has won the whole life in his heart ... Talk to a player and see ... ... he will tell you to play in the field, win the defeat and spend the moment on the stand, the happiest moment of his life ...
Talk to a former player, he will tell you that even today, 20-25 years later he dreams of those days when he used to play ......... Add a player to the Time Machine, As if he got the chance to live his life again, then the player would like to start his new life on the same ground .......

This is Sports ........ Do not just try to add Sports and Medal and Job. This is a lifestyle ........ It is a supernatural pleasure which every child has the right to receive. Do not deprive your child of this Happiness.

Not Professional Player  right, amateur right Not the right of the district level, nor Olympic

Give your child a chance to play.

Professional Sports require 4-8 hours of training every day.

🙏🏻जब आप अपने बच्चों को 12 साल तक शहर के सबसे नामी , सबसे प्रतिष्ठित और सबसे महंगे स्कूल में पढ़ाते हैं तो क्या आप उस स्कूल से , समाज से , या सरकार से अपने बच्चे के लिए एक सुरक्षित भविष्य की गारंटी मांगते हैं ?

फिर जब आप उसे एक बेहद महंगे प्राइवेट इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज , या मैनेजमेंट कॉलेज में लाखों रु खर्च कर पढ़ने भेजते हैं , तो क्या उस कॉलेज से या समाज से या सरकार से अपने बच्चे के लिए एक सुरक्षित भविष्य और career की गारंटी मांगते हैं ?

आप कम से कम 16 - 18 साल तक अपने बच्चे को दिन रात पान के पत्ते की माफ़िक सेते हैं , और अपने गाढ़े पसीने और खून की कमाई खर्च कर देते है , फिर एक दिन आपको पता लगता है कि आपके Son  को तो कोई 7000 रुपल्ली की नौकरी भी नहीं दे रहा ..........

भारत का एजुकेशन सिस्टम अपने students को career और भविष्य की कोई गारंटी नहीं देता , इसके बावजूद मैंने आज तक एक भी आदमी नहीं देखा जो इसकी विश्वसनीयता पे सवाल उठाये । आखिर लोग Btech और Mtech कर के भी तो बिल्डिंग material गिट्टी बालू cement बेच रहे हैं ........ 
5 साल दिल्ली, मुंबई, कोटा,इंदौर में IAS की तैयारी करने वाले भी तो एक दिन पेट पालते नौकरी व्यवसाय करते नज़र आते ही हैं ।

तो फिर लोग खिलाड़ियों के लिए ही क्यों सुरक्षित भविष्य की गारंटी मांगते हैं ?
आप competitive Sports को सिर्फ medal और सरकारी नौकरी से ही क्यों तौलते हैं ?
जिस किसी व्यक्ति ने दो चार साल competitive sports की है , उस से बात करके देखिये ...... शराब , गांजा , भांग , स्मैक, हेरोइन या कोकीन का नशा , सुना है कुछ घंटों में उतर जाता है , इनसे जो kick मिलती है , वो कुछ घंटे की होती है ........ पर sports का नशा सारी ज़िन्दगी तारी रहता है जनाब ........

उसका खुमार ता उम्र रहता है ........

कैसा भी शौक हो , प्रेमी प्रेमिका हो , कुछ दिन में सबका भूत उतर जाता है ....... सिर्फ और सिर्फ Sports का एक नशा ऐसा होता है जिसकी खुमारी में आदमी सारी ज़िन्दगी जीता है ........ 

किसी खिलाड़ी से बात करके देखिये ........ वो आपको बताएगा कि मैदान में खेलते , हारते जीतते और victory stand पे बिताए हुए पल , उसकी ज़िन्दगी के सबसे हसीन पल थे ......... 

किसी पूर्व खिलाड़ी से बात कीजिये , वो आपको बताएगा कि उसे आज भी , 20 - 25 बरस बाद भी उन दिनों के सपने आते हैं , जब वो खेलता था ......... किसी खिलाड़ी को Time Machine में डाल दीजिये , मानो उसे अपना जीवन फिर से जीने का मौक़ा मिले , तो खिलाड़ी अपना नया जीवन भी उसी ground से शुरू करना चाहेगा .......

ये है Sports ........ Sports को सिर्फ और सिर्फ Medal और नौकरी से जोड़ के मत देखिये । 

ये एक जीवन शैली है ........ 

ये वो अलौकिक सुख है जिसे प्राप्त करने का अधिकार हर बच्चे को है । अपने बच्चे को इस सुख से वंचित मत कीजिये ।

उसे sports कराइये । 
Professional न सही , शौकिया ही सही । न Olympic तो district level की ही सही । 
अपने बच्चे को खेलने का मौक़ा दीजिये ।

प्रोफेशनल sports के लिए रोज़ाना 4 - 8 घंटे की ट्रेनिंग की ज़रूरत होती है ।
शौकिया स्पोर्ट्स के लिए सिर्फ एक घंटा भी काफी है ☺☺☺☺

You are chatting at night with her
You suddenly feel horny

You continue

The parents try to plead but the head teacher is cold hearted
She goes home 
Her parents are disappointed, and they also beat her.

Her phone is taken away
Her life ruined 
She tries to take a walk just to think things through 
But as she's walking people point at her 
She hears them talking about the same thing
Some laugh
She goes back home.

Thinking too much 
She decides to commit suicide as a relief 
She goes to her mothers bedroom 
She gets the rat poison 
She quickly drinks it 
Within two minutes she's dead.

Her parents call for her 
She doesn't answer 
They are mad they call again, she doesn't answer 
They quickly go to her bedroom to beat her 
They find her dead with the rat poison beside her 
They feel bad, they blame themselves 
They cry, they regret punishing her 
They call her relatives and close friends 
Everybody knows and they feel sad 
Her best friend cries cause she can't believe what she sees.

The exposer also hears the news
He is toned 
He regrets, he feels like going back to time 
The burial day has come,  her best friend and parents see the coffin lowering 
 they all burst in tears 
They can't believe it.

Her parents are never the same from their daughters
Everybody close to her are not the same
The exposer is being haunted with force pictures of her.
It started simple until it was too much
You can easily ruin someone's life with something you think is simple.

राजा  के  दरबार   में
डांस   कर  रही   थी...

( राजा   बहुत   बदसुरत   था )

 लडकी   ने   राजा   से   एक
 सवाल   की  इजाजत  मांगी

जिस   दिन  खिलोगे ,
टूट  कर  बिखर्र  जाओगे ,
जीना  है  तो
