मैं शर्ट खरीदने के लिये एक प्रतिष्ठित showroom के लिए गाड़ी से जा रहा था कि फोन की घण्टी बज उठी, “सर, महावीर होटल से बोल रहे हैं, हमारे यहाँ गुजराती-food-festival चल रहा है। पिछली बार भी आप आये थे। आप visitor book में अच्छे comments देकर गए थे, सर!”


“देखता हूँ”, कहकर मैंने फोन बंद कर दिया। गाड़ी, थोड़ी आगे चली ही होगी कि फिर से एक call आया, “सर, आपके जूते घिस गए होंगे। नए ले लीजिए।"

 "कौन बोल रहे हो, भाई? आपको कैसे पता चला मेरे जूते घिस गए हैं?"

 "सर, मैं सुंदर फुटवियर से बोल रहा हूँ। हमारी दुकान से आपने डेढ़ साल पहले जूते खरीदे थे। हमारा कंप्यूटर बता रहा है आपके जूते फट रहे होंगे या फटने ही वाले होंगे!”


"भैया, क्या ये जरूरी है कि मेरे पास एक जोड़ी जूते ही हों? वक़्त-बेवक्त इस तरह फोन करना कहाँ की सभ्यता है, मेरे भाई?", कहकर मैंने फिर फोन काट दिया।

 मैंने फोन काटा ही था कि घण्टी वापस घनघना उठी, “सर, आपकी गाड़ी की servicing due हो गई है, छह महीने हो गए हैं।”


"भाई, आपको क्यों परेशानी हो रही है? मेरी गाड़ी की मैं servicing करवाऊँ या न करवाऊँ? मेरी मर्ज़ी। privacy नाम की भी कोई चीज़ होती है, दुनिया में?" गुस्से में मैंने फोन काट तो दिया पर वो एक बार फिर बज उठा, “सर, कल Padman की Inox में matinee show की ticket book कर दूँ।" इस बार एक लड़की थी।


"क्यों, मैडम?”

 "सर, हमारा system बता रहा है कि आप अक्षय कुमार की हर movies देखते हैं, इसलिये!”

 मैं मना करते-करते थक चुका था, सो पीछा छुड़ाते हुए बोला, “चलो, book कर दो।"

 "ठीक है, सर! मैं mobile number Nine nine two... वाली madam को भी बता देती हूँ। हमारा system बता रहा है वो हमेशा आपके साथ ticket book कराती रही हैं।" 

 अब तो मैं घबरा गया, “आप रहने दीजिए।” कहते हुये मैंने एक बार फिर फोन काट दिया। Showroom पहुँचकर मैंने शर्ट खरीदी। Bill counter पर गया तो उसने पूछा, “सर, आपका mobile number?”

 "मैं नहीं दूँगा।"

"सर, mobile number देने से आपको २०% loyality discount मिलेगा।"

 "भाई, भले ही मेरे प्राण माँग लो, लेकिन mobile number नहीं दूँगा।" मैंने दृढ़ता से जवाब दिया।

 "सर, इतनी नाराजगी क्यों?"


"इस mobile के चक्कर में मेरी privacy की ऐसी की तैसी हो गई है। मेरा नम्बर, पता नहीं कितनों में बँट गया है? कल को नाई कहेगा, “सर, आपके बाल बढ़ गए होंगे!”





मुझे तो डर है अस्सी-पचासी के बाद अर्थीवाला भी ये न कह दे कि, “समय और बच्चों का आजकल कोई भरोसा नहीं है। अंतिम-यात्रा के लिए एक सुन्दर-सी अर्थी बुक करवा लीजिये, सर!” 😜😍

I own this house.This is my car.That book belongs to me.That music set is mine.

I have a story to make a movie.I have an idea to paint down.I have a concept to be penned down. 

This is some general connotations that we often hear.But which is a physical property and which an Intellectual property often is quite confusing for the common man.

Physical property refers to any tangible thing that we own.Like I bought a TV set from the market, I bought a T-shirt from a shopping mall.

Intellectual Property refers to any idea that has evolved through it intellect that might later take the shape of a physical property but carrying the intellectual property rights.

So basically we can say all intellectual property take the shape of a physical property but all the physical property that you possess might not have intellectual property rights.For example, you have a plot for writing a story, you cannot have that plot or idea get the tag of intellectual property right unless and until you pen down it or record your voice or through any such means because no one can read your mind so that you have a copyright over that.So you have to get that converted into a tangible object to get registered under intellectual property right.

Whereas on the other hand, suppose you buy an LG tv set or a Chetan Bhagat book or a Banarasi silk saree.We can definitely use them for ourselves but we cannot sell or lend those products for commercial purpose and earn out of the same until the Trademark, Copyright and Geographical Indication of those products expire from those companies, authors, and producers of the same.

We should always remember it is just the owner of the property who has been entitled to use, sell and even can damage his own property whereas the one who is in authenticated possession of the same has only the right to use and not to sell it for commercial purpose or damage it.

2 महीने पहले BJP सांसद ने IAS को दी धमकी, कहा- जीना मुश्किल कर दूंगी, वीडियो न्यूज़ में भी आया कोई IAS नहीं बोला सांसद के खिलाफ।

 पर केजरीवाल के खिलाफ पूरा IAS एसोसिएशन वैसे साथ आ गया है जैसे DMA मैक्स हॉस्पिटल के लाइसेंस रद्द करने के विरोध में खड़ा हो गया था।

 मुझे याद है सीन्यर IAS अधिकारी और उनकी बेटी की हरियाणा सरकार ने क्या गत की थी।आरोपी भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष का बेटा था। IAS अधिकारी को प्रताड़ित करने के लिए उसका तबादला भी कर दिया।

 जो IAS Association अपनी बेटियों के साथ खड़ी नहीं हुई उसे डूब मरना चाहिए।

 फिर अशोक खेमका IAS अधिकारी को 51 बार तबादला किया गया। IAS Association ईमानदारों के साथ क्यों नहीं खड़ी होती?

 IAS अधिकारी बीके बंसल और पूरे परिवार ने आत्महत्या कर लि, ख़त में सीबीआई पर इल्ज़ाम भी लगाए, IAS Association को शर्म नहीं आयी। आएगी भी नहीं, वरना 2G और कोल स्कैम में धर लिए जाएँगे।

The citizens of India deposit their money in PSU banks assuming that their money is in safe hands but the growing NPAs of PSU banks speaks something else. The bankers are not held accountable under who's hands these NPAs got created.
Mr Vijay Mallya escaped taking away 9000cr now Neerav Modi escaped with 11400cr and mr Kothari of rotomac pens is absconding with 800cr of PSU banks money.
PSU banks keep creating NPAs and the govt of the day keeps announcing bail out packages from the tax payers money. This is a conspiracy which needs to be dealt with strictly and results should be punitive 
The bankers involved that is under whom these loans were granted should be jailed for not doing their assigned job properly and their assets should be siezed immediately with no retirement benefits allowed in future.
These incidents and frauds will keep happening untill that attitude of sarkari bank and the attitude of no accountability is not abolished.
It seems like the jewellery of mother India is being allowed to be looted openly by big industrialists and businessmen and the Govt of India is incapable of saving the honour of mother india. Britishers looted us and now indians are looting mother India. Though the Govt is trying hard to make India shine but such incidents say something else.
Why should the ordinary citizen be taxed to bailout the erring banks. Disinvestment the banks first so that they can work as property banks and not as money eating termites.
Look at the private banks how they generate profits and are reducing their NPAs because they r accountable to the stakeholders. If the CEO or MD doesn't perform he is fired. In PSU banks he is transferred from one appointment to another. 
It's sickening to see our hard earned money being deducted as tax is being looted and allowed to be looted and not a single penny being recovered. 
The citizens will take out their money from theses banks and deposit in Pvt banks soon as it is the services are nothing big to talk about.
Our sincere request to the Supreme court of India and to other authorities like the RBI is to ask the govt of India to take punitive action against the fraudsters and their allainces be it the top banking officials or any politician asap before the citizens faith from the system is diluted.

Story

दूसरों को सही-गलत साबित करने में जल्दबाजी न करें | 2 कहानियाँ 

 पहली कहानी :

 ट्रेन में एक पिता-पुत्र सफर कर रहे थे.

 24 वर्षीय पुत्र खिड़की से बाहर देख रहा था, अचानक वो चिल्लाया – पापा देखो पेड़ पीछे की ओर भाग रहे हैं !
पिता कुछ बोला नहीं, बस सुनकर मुस्कुरा दिया. ये देखकर बगल में बैठे एक युवा दम्पति को अजीब लगा और उस लड़के के बचकाने व्यवहार पर दया भी आई.

 तब तक वो लड़का फिर से बोला – पापा देखो बादल हमारे साथ दौड़ रहे हैं !

 युवा दम्पति से रहा नहीं गया और वो उसके पिता से बोल पड़े – आप अपने लड़के को किसी अच्छे डॉक्टर को क्यों नहीं दिखाते ?

 लड़के का पिता मुस्कुराया और बोला – हमने दिखाया था और हम अभी सीधे हॉस्पिटल से ही आ रहे हैं. मेरा लड़का जन्म से अंधा था और आज वो यह दुनिया पहली बार देख रहा है.

 दूसरी कहानी :

 एक प्रोफेसर अपनी क्लास में कहानी सुना रहे थे, जोकि इस प्रकार है –

 एक बार समुद्र के बीच में एक बड़े जहाज पर बड़ी दुर्घटना हो गयी. कप्तान ने शिप खाली करने का आदेश दिया. जहाज पर एक युवा दम्पति थे. जब लाइफबोट पर चढ़ने का उनका नम्बर आया तो देखा गया नाव पर केवल एक व्यक्ति के लिए ही जगह है. इस मौके पर आदमी ने औरत को धक्का दिया और नाव पर कूद गया.

 डूबते हुए जहाज पर खड़ी औरत ने जाते हुए अपने पति से चिल्लाकर एक वाक्य कहा.
अब प्रोफेसर ने रुककर स्टूडेंट्स से पूछा – तुम लोगों को क्या लगता है, उस स्त्री ने अपने पति से क्या कहा होगा ?

 ज्यादातर विद्यार्थी फ़ौरन चिल्लाये – स्त्री ने कहा – मैं तुमसे नफरत करती हूँ ! I hate you !

 प्रोफेसर ने देखा एक स्टूडेंट एकदम शांत बैठा हुआ था, प्रोफेसर ने उससे पूछा कि तुम बताओ तुम्हे क्या लगता है ?

 वो लड़का बोला – मुझे लगता है, औरत ने कहा होगा – हमारे बच्चे का ख्याल रखना !

 प्रोफेसर को आश्चर्य हुआ, उन्होंने लडके से पूछा – क्या तुमने यह कहानी पहले सुन रखी थी ?

 लड़का बोला- जी नहीं, लेकिन यही बात बीमारी से मरती हुई मेरी माँ ने मेरे पिता से कही थी.

 प्रोफेसर ने दुखपूर्वक कहा – तुम्हारा उत्तर सही है !

 प्रोफेसर ने कहानी आगे बढ़ाई – जहाज डूब गया, स्त्री मर गयी, पति किनारे पहुंचा और उसने अपना बाकि जीवन अपनी एकमात्र पुत्री के समुचित लालन-पालन में लगा दिया. कई सालों बाद जब वो व्यक्ति मर गया तो एक दिन सफाई करते हुए उसकी लड़की को अपने पिता की एक डायरी मिली.

 डायरी से उसे पता चला कि जिस समय उसके माता-पिता उस जहाज पर सफर कर रहे थे तो उसकी माँ एक जानलेवा बीमारी से ग्रस्त थी और उनके जीवन के कुछ दिन ही शेष थे.

 ऐसे कठिन मौके पर उसके पिता ने एक कड़ा निर्णय लिया और लाइफबोट पर कूद गया. उसके पिता ने डायरी में लिखा था – तुम्हारे बिना मेरे जीवन को कोई मतलब नहीं, मैं तो तुम्हारे साथ ही समंदर में समा जाना चाहता था. लेकिन अपनी संतान का ख्याल आने पर मुझे तुमको अकेले छोड़कर जाना पड़ा.

 जब प्रोफेसर ने कहानी समाप्त की तो, पूरी क्लास में शांति थी.

 इस संसार में कईयों सही गलत बातें हैं लेकिन उसके अतिरिक्त भी कई जटिलतायें हैं, जिन्हें समझना आसान नहीं. इसीलिए ऊपरी सतह से देखकर बिना गहराई को जाने-समझे हर परिस्थिति का एकदम सही आकलन नहीं किया जा सकता.

 – कलह होने पर जो पहले माफ़ी मांगे, जरुरी नहीं उसी की गलती हो. हो सकता है वो रिश्ते को बनाये रखना ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण समझता हो.

 – दोस्तों के साथ खाते-पीते, पार्टी करते समय जो दोस्त बिल पे करता है, जरुरी नहीं उसकी जेब नोटों से ठसाठस भरी हो. हो सकता है उसके लिए दोस्ती के सामने पैसों की अहमियत कम हो.

 – जो लोग आपकी मदद करते हैं, जरुरी नहीं वो आपके एहसानों के बोझ तले दबे हों. वो आपकी मदद करते हैं क्योंकि उनके दिलों में दयालुता और करुणा का निवास है.

 आजकल जीवन कठिन इसीलिए हो गया है क्योंकि हमने लोगो को समझना कम कर दिया और फौरी तौर पर judge करना शुरू कर दिया है. थोड़ी सी समझ और थोड़ी सी मानवता ही आपको सही रास्ता दिखा सकती है. जीवन में निर्णय लेने के कई ऐसे पल आयेंगे, सो अगली बार किसी पर भी अपने पूर्वाग्रह का ठप्पा लगाने से पहले विचार अवश्य करें.

😳मैं नरेंद्र मोदी बोल रहा हूँ :-😜

 मित्रों  , आज मेरी सरकार को 1201 दिन पूरे हो गये हैं..

 और ये है मेरी उपलब्धियां 👇👇👇

🔹 रेल किराया लखनऊ से कानपुर 45 रूपये था, आज बढोतरी के.... बाद 78 रूपये हैं ।

🔹 प्लेटफार्म टिकट 3 रूपये था और इसे मैंने आज 10 रूपये कर दया  है ।

🔹 सर्विस टैक्स 12.36% था जो आज GST के रूप में 18% है ।

🔹 एक्साइज ड्यूटी 12% थी मैने उसे आज 18% तक बढ़ा दी है ।

🔹 सभी बड़े उधोगपतियो की बैलेंस शीट चैक कर ले.. इनकी संपत्ति 2014 के बाद 3 से 5 गुना तक मेरी ही कृपा से बढ़ी है ।

🔹सरकारी बैंकों का NPA(गैर उत्पादक संपत्ति) अर्थात वह रूपया जो बड़े उधोगपतियो को कर्ज में दिया था लेकिन नही चुकाने के कारण डूब गया, 2014 में 1.18 लाख करोड़ था जो आज 6.42 लाख करोड़ हो गया है । यानी करदाताओं का 6.42 लाख करोड़ उन उधोगपतियो की जेब मे जिसे मेरी सरकार ने डूबत खाते में डाल दिया है ।

🔹 डॉलर का रेट 58.57 था पर मै डॉलर को आज 68.50 में खरीदता हुँ ।

🔹 130 करोड रुपये की गैस सब्सिडी खत्म करवाने के लिए मुझे 250 करोड़ का  विज्ञापन देना पडा ।

🔹 स्वच्छता अभियान का विज्ञापन 750 करोड का दिया लेकिन सफाई कर्मियों की तनख्वाह के लिए मेरे पास 36 करोड़ नही है ।

🔹 किसानों की सब्सिडी छीनना मेरी मजबूरी है, क्योकि मुझे अम्बानी को Jio और अडानी को Powar Plant के लिए सब्सिडी देनी हैं ।

🔹 योगा डे के लिए 470 करोड है, रामदेव को हरियाणा स्कूलो मे योगा सिखाने के लिए सालाना 700 करोड हैं पर टीचर भर्ती को बजट नही है ।

🔹 स्कूलो के लिए मेरे पास पैसे नहीं हैं इसलिये मजबूरन प्राथमिक शिक्षा के बजट में 20% की कटौती करनी पड़ी ।

🔹 मेरे पास कॉरपोरेट को 1,64,000 करोड टैक्स छूट देने के लिए तो है मगर आत्महत्या कर रहे किसानों का ऋण चुकाने को 50000 करोड़ नहीं है ।

🔹 मितरो मैंने  स्किल इंडिया के लिए 200 करोड़ का विज्ञापन बजट दिया है मगर विद्यार्थियों की छात्रवृति में  500 करोड़ की कटौती कर दी क्योंकि वे जय हिंद कहते है, भारत माता की जय नही ।

🔹 सरकार घाटे में हैं, रेलवे की जमीनें बेचने का टेंडर पास कर दिया है क्योंकि अडानी को रेल के विकास में 22000 करोड़ देने है ।

🔹 माल्या को 9000 करोड़ लोन दिये वह ले कर विदेश भाग गया कोई बात नहीं, देश के हर नागरिक का केवल 75 रुपया ही तो गया है और इस 75 रुपये को भी हर व्यक्ति को एक-एक किंगफिशर बीयर की बोतल बेच कर वसूल कर लूंगा ।

🔹 अच्छे दिन का सपना सच हो रहा है ।। ((मेरा, मेरी सरकार का और पूँजीपतियों का ।।)) आप को मेरे इसी तरह के अच्छे कामों  की और अधिक सही जानकारी हो तो कृपया मेरी सरकार के  कामों को इस msg में जोड़ कर जनता तक अवश्य ही पहुंचाएं ।

★ अरे हाँ एक ओर याद आया  👇

🔹 विदेश मे धन भेजने की सीमा (LRS) 2014 में 75 हजार डालर थी..!!
मेरी सरकार के आते ही, एक हफ्ते के अन्दर इस सीमा को बढाकर 125 हजार डालर कर दिया जाता है..!! और
फिर अगले वर्ष 26 मई 2015 को इसको बढाकर 250 हजार डालर कर दिया जाता है ..!!!!!

और मेरी इस छूट का "हवाला कारोबारियो" ने भरपूर फायदा उठाया है,  पिछले 11 महीनो मे कई हजार करोड डालर विदेशो मे ट्रांसफर कर दिये ।अब इस प्रश्न का उत्तर RBI के पास भी नही है कि आखिर इतनी बडी धन राशिया विदेशो मे क्यो भेजी गई???

"सच मे मितरों ये नोटबंदी भी  एक बडा गैम है..!!!

🤣पेट्रोल 1 महिने मे रोज़ बढ़ते  बढ़ते  56 रुपये से बढ़ा. आज 80 रुपये लिटर.

 भारतीय जनता से हाथ जोड़ कर अपील है कि जितना हो सके मेरी इन उप्लाब्दियो को ज्यादा से ज्यादा प्रचार करे कियोंकि मीडिया मेरा प्रचार नहीं करता ।

New Education Policy 2018 - 2019

गुजरात सरकार ने यह नियम किया लागू 
गुजरात हाईकोर्ट ने आदेश दिया है की बर्ष 2018-2019 के शिक्षा सत्र के आरम्भ होते ही चाहे वह राज्य बोर्ड हो या सीबीएसई अथवा आईसीएसई
 क्लास नर्सरी से लेकर क्लास 05 तक की फीस एक बर्ष की मात्र  ₹15000 
 क्लास 05वीं से 10वीं की फीस एक बर्ष की ₹ 25000 
 और 10वीं से 12वीं तक मात्र ₹  27000* 

 और इस नियम को न मानने पर भारी जुर्माना

This, I think, is the essence of motivation. Every choice has a price, but when we are motivated, it is easier to bear the inconvenience of action than the pain of remaining the same. Somehow we cross a mental threshold—usually after weeks of procrastination and in the face of an impending deadline—and it becomes more painful to not do the work than to actually do it
