कोरोना मरीजों को ऑनलाइन परामर्श तथा उपचार की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के लिये की गई चिकित्सकों की व्यवस्था
वरिष्ठ चिकित्सक संभालेंगे कोरोना के इलाज की व्यवस्था
इंदौर में कोरोना मरीजों को कोरोना के इलाज की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के लिये जिला प्रशासन ने इंडियन मेडिकल एसोसियेशन के सहयोग से बड़ी सुविधा दी है। अब 81 ऐसे चिकित्सकों की व्यवस्था की है जो कोरोना मरीजों को ऑनलाइन परामर्श देंगे। घर पर जाकर मरीज को देख सकेंगे, वीडियों कॉल अथवा फोन पर परामर्श दे सकेंगे, अपने मरीजों के स्वास्थ्य हित के लिए विभिन्न अस्पतालों में आवश्यक सामंजस्य कर सकेंगे ताकि उनके मरीज स्वस्थ हो सके।
कलेक्टर श्री मनीष सिंह ने इस संबंध में आदेश जारी कर दिये हैं। वर्तमान में कोरोना संक्रमण के चलते इण्डियन मेडीकल एसोसिएशन इन्दौर ब्रांच के अध्यक्ष डॉ. सतीश जोशी एवं डॉ. साधना सोडानी, द्वारा जिला प्रशासन से चर्चा कर इन्दौर शहर के रहवासियों एवं नागरिकों की सुविधा के लिए विभिन्न डॉक्टरों की एक सूची तैयार की गई है। इस सूची में शहर में प्रैक्टिश करने वाले जनरल प्रैक्टिशनर, मेडिसिन, चेस्ट एक्सपर्ट आदि डाक्टरों के नाम शामिल किए गये है। सूची में शामिल डॉक्टर्स वर्तमान कोरोना त्रासदी में किसी भी श्रेणी के मरीजों को जिसमें कोविड भी सम्मिलित है, घर जाकर, वीडियों कॉल पर अथवा फोन पर परामर्श दे सकेंगे। इस आदेश में इन डाक्टरों का विवरण तथा मोबाईल नंबर उल्लेखित है।
शहर के नागरिक इन डाक्टरों से सम्पर्क कर अपने स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परामर्श प्राप्त कर सकते है। इस आदेश में उल्लेखित डाक्टर अपनी एक्सपर्ट सेवाओं, घर पर मरीजों को देखने आदि के संबंध में अपना परामर्श शुल्क लेकर उपचार दे सकेंगे।
कलेक्टर श्री मनीष सिंह ने चिकित्सकों से कहा है कि वर्तमान कोविड को देखते हुये परामर्श शुल्क को जितना उचित एवं कम हो लिया जाये।

Provide the Facility of Online Consultation and Treatment to Corona Patients
1) In case of fever, see a doctor immediately and should be isolated at home.
2) Kovid examination should be done on about third day.
3) RTPCR can be positive in 80% cases and NEGATIVE in 20% cases due to various reasons.
4) This does not mean that the negative report is perfectly fine, they should also be isolated in the house for 5 days.
5) If any positive comes in the house, at least all the family should stay in the house for 6 days.
6) Positive report should contact the doctor on phone, the doctor should go to the clinic only.
7) If fever does not come down after fifth day, if oxygen comes below 90% then CT CHEST should be done on doctor's advice, never do CT on first day.
8) All to be admitted, Inj. Remdesivir is not required.
9) INJ REMDESIVIR is required only when there is persistent fever, shortness of breath, oxygen is below 90%, blood test disturbances, more than 25% disease in CT CHEST.
10) Get injected only on the advice of the doctor and not on the advice of other health workers.
11) Injection should be done in the OPD of Remdesivir big hospital in 2 to 3 hours observation.
12) REMDESIVIR is only useful 5-7 days after the start, not unnecessary.
13) Do not store unnecessary injections in your homes.

🤔🤔 हमे क्या करना है👇👇
1) बुखार आने पर तुरंत डॉक्टर को दिखाना है और घर मे आइसोलेट होना चाहिए।
2) लगभग तीसरे दिन कोविड जांच हो ही जाना चाहिए।
3) RTPCR 80% मामलो में पॉजिटिव और 20% मामलो में विभिन कारणों से NEGATIVE भी आ सकती है।
4) इसका मतलब यह नही कि Negative report वाले एकदम ठीक है, उन्हें भी घर मे 5 दिन आइसोलेट होना चाहिए।
5)घर मे एक भी पॉजिटिव आये तो कम से कम सभी परिजनो को 6 दिन घर मे रहना चाहिए।
6) पॉजिटिव रिपोर्ट को फोन पर डॉक्टर से संपर्क करना चाहिए, डॉक्टर बोले तो ही क्लिनिक जाना चाहिए।
7) पांचवे दिन के बाद बुखार ना उतरे, ऑक्सीजन 90% से कम आये तो डॉक्टर की सलाह पर CT CHEST करना चाहिए, पहले दिन कभी CT ना कराये।
8) सभी को भर्ती होने की, Inj. Remdesivir की आवश्यकता नही होती।
9) लगातार बुखार, श्वास में तकलीफ, ऑक्सीजन 90% से कम होने, रक्त की जांचे गड़बड़ होने पर, CT CHEST में 25% से अधिक बीमारी होने पर ही INJ REMDESIVIR की आवश्यकता होती है।
10) डॉक्टर की सलाह पर ही इंजेक्शन लगवाए अन्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मी की सलाह पर नही।
11) इंजेक्शन Remdesivir बड़े हॉस्पिटल की ओपीडी में यह2 से 3 घंटे के ऑब्जर्वेशन में ही लगवाए।
12) REMDESIVIR केवल आरम्भ के 5-7 दिन ही उपयोगी है, अनावश्यक ना लगवाए।
13) अपने घरों में अनावश्यक इंजेक्शन जमा करके ना रखे।

जो व्यक्ति इंटर मैट्रिक पास कर जाता था उसे घर से बुलाकर नौकरियां दी गई, तनख्वाह में कोई कमी नहीं रही ।
!भत्ता हमेशा लगातार बढ़ता था महंगाई भत्ता 131% तक दिया,
सबसे अधिक वेतन वृद्धि छठे वेतनमान में मिली,
सरकारी कर्मचारियों को पेंशन दिया जाता था,
देश की जीडीपी 8% से ऊपर थी.
आखिर यह सब गद्दार चोरों की सरकार कैसे कर लेती थी ।

सभी की नौकरियां चली गयी, सभी NGO से पैसा प्रधानमंत्री रिलीफ़ फ़ंड में ले जमा करवा लिया,
कोई युद्ध भी नहीं हुआ , जीडीपी माइनस मे चल रही है ।
और डीजल पेट्रोल पर सब्सिडी की जगह सरकार टैक्स बढ़ा कर 40 रुपये और कमा रही है ,
इन्श्योरेंस और म्यूच्यूअल फण्ड पर भी 18% टैक्स से कमा रही है ,
और फिर भी सारी जेब खाली,
देश का रिज़र्व बैंक में आपातकालीन जमा में से 175 अरब रुपये निकल कर खर्च कर दिये अगर कोई बोल रहा है, तो उसको खालिस्तानी, पाकिस्तानी या देश द्रोही बोला जा रहा है।

सिरदर्द- हेल्थ एक्सपर्ट का कहना है कि कोरोना का नया वेरिएंट बॉडी पर अलग-अलग तरीके से हमला कर रहा है. नया स्ट्रेन बहुत ज्यादा संक्रामक है और फेफड़ों और श्वसन तंत्र में आसानी से फैल जा रहा है. इसकी वजह से निमोनिया हो रहा है जो कोरोना को और घातक बना रहा है
