The Evidence
On 22 July 2020
Mr. Sanjay sava is the owner of Shri Oil industries and Soap Factory Jalgaon.
He needed a transportation at jalgaon , he searched for many transporters but end up finding nothing, then he go to Just dial site for searched some transporters and he called of Transport at Jalgaon on 22/07/2020 at 6.42 pm via number 07972324300 but nobody recieves the call.
After some time Call received from mobile number 09105828578, Balaji Logistics, Haryana (Truecaller number) and Mr Sanjay sava booked Truck vehicle
Number MH19 PY9008 for Jaisingpur
(Near Sangli) with not much enquiry.
On the day of 23 of July Truck came to Factory at Pachora and After some time Transporter i.e (Balaji Logistics) called and ask to transfer of money of 23,000 in A/c number i.e
41850100005906 of
Bank of Baroda,
DASNA Branch of Gazhiabad (U.P)
IFSC Code:- BARBODASNAX
After that Mr Sanjay sava has tranfer the sum of Rs:23000/- transfer to above A/c
from A/c number 50200037669253
of Shri Oil Industries And Soap Factory, HDFC BANK PACHORA BRANCH

On the Next day 25 of July, 2020

RK transport Jalgaon called Mr Sanjay sava and ask for advance of Rs24,400, 90% of total payment.

He said he already paid then came to know he is being scammed and paid 23,000 to the fraudulent fake call.

श्री संजय साव श्री तेल उद्योग और साबुन फैक्टरी जलगाँव के मालिक हैं।
उन्हें जलगाँव में एक परिवहन की आवश्यकता थी, उन्होंने कई ट्रांसपोर्टरों की खोज की, लेकिन कुछ भी खोजने के लिए कुछ भी नहीं मिला, तब उन्होंने कुछ ट्रांसपोर्टरों को खोजने के लिए जस्ट डायल साइट पर गए और उन्होंने 22/07/2020 को जलगाँव में शाम 6.42 बजे नंबर 0797234300 के माध्यम से परिवहन के लिए कॉल किया, लेकिन कोई नहीं कॉल को पुनः प्राप्त करता है।
कुछ समय बाद मोबाइल नंबर 09105828578, बालाजी लॉजिस्टिक्स, हरियाणा (Truecaller नंबर) से कॉल मिली और श्री संजय सावा ने ट्रक वाहन बुक किया

(सांगली के पास) ज्यादा पूछताछ के साथ नहीं।
23 जुलाई के दिन ट्रक पचोरा में फैक्ट्री में आया और कुछ समय बाद ट्रांसपोर्टर यानी (बालाजी लॉजिस्टिक्स) ने फोन किया और 23,000 का पैसा ए / सी नंबर में ट्रांसफर करने को कहा।

I talked to them and said I have already paid the amount of 23,000 on 24, of July to Balaji Logistics but they denied and I shared the information that tranfer the money . Then I came know I am being scammed and paid 23,000 to the fradulent fake call.
