1. Fall In Love

Falling in love is a Uniquely Intense period of time for anyone. But we need to sort out a lot of other Questions during a falling-in-love phase. Beyond Clear Attraction, is this person someone who will support you, respect you, understand you, and be compassionate with you? And does this person share your values and priorities ?

If you're lucky, putting in the time and effort during this initial period will pay off, and your mutual attraction can transition into a more stable (and less stressful) long-term relationship.

When you fall in love, you're suddenly, powerfully attracted to someone. You might Dream that you will travel to Paris Someday and fall in love with a Beautiful French Woman.

2. Feelings :--

Feeling is the Nominalization of the verb to feel. The word was first used in the English language to describe the Physical sensation of touch through either experience or perception. The word is also used to describe experiences, other than the physical sensation of touch, such as "a feeling of warmth".[3] In psychology, the word is usually reserved for the conscious subjective experience of emotion.[5] Phenomenology and Heterophenomenology are philosophical approaches that provide some basis for knowledge of feelings. Many schools of Psychotherapy depend on the therapist achieving some kind of understanding of the client's feelings, for which Methodologies exist. Some theories of interpersonal relationships also have a role for shared feelings or understanding of another person's feelings.

3. Happiness

Most of us Probably do not Believe we need a formal definition of Happiness; we know it when we feel it, and we often use the term to Describe a range of positive emotions, including joy, pride, contentment, and gratitude.

But to Understand the causes and effects of Happiness, Researchers first need to define it. Many of them use the term Interchangeably with “Subjective Well-Being” which they measure by simply asking people to report how satisfied they feel with their own lives and how much positive and negative emotion they’re experiencing. In her 2009 book The How of Happiness, positive psychology researcher Sonja Lyubomirsky Elaborates, describing happiness as “The Experience of Joy, Contentment, or positive well-being, combined with a sense that one’s life is good, meaningful, and worthwhile.”

The research Suggests that Happiness is a Combination of how satisfied you are with your life (for example, finding meaning in your work) and how good you feel on a day-to-day basis. Both of these are Relatively stable—that is, our life changes, and our mood fluctuates, but our general happiness is more genetically determined than anything else. The good news is, with consistent effort, this can be offset. Think of it like you think about weight: if you eat how you want to and are as active as you want to be, your body will settle at a certain weight. But if you eat less than you'd like or exercise more, your weight will adjust accordingly. If that new diet or exercise regimen becomes part of your everyday life, then you will stay at this new weight. If you go back to eating and exercising the way you used to, your weight will return to where it started. So it goes, too, with happiness.

5. Dreams

Freud believed that we dream so that we can release the deep, Secret desires that we are not allowed to express in real life because of the rules of polite society. Most people know about Freudian dream analysis – a dream about a train going into a tunnel is a dream about sexual intercourse. But couldn’t it just be a dream about travelling on a train?

Another theory is that dreams allow us to solve problems that we can’t solve in real life. We go to sleep with a problem and wake up with the answer. This may be more of a way to ‘use’ our dreams than a ‘purpose’ of dreaming. If you believe that your dreams are important then analysing them may help you to focus your mind on the problem and help you to find the solution.

The modern image is that dreams are the brain’s way of cleaning up the computer’s hard disk, organizing the events of the day into folders and deleting the rubbish that it doesn’t want to keep. But we all know that very little of what we dream every night is concerned with what happened to us that day.

Another idea is that dreams are the brain’s way of practising the behaviour that we need to survive. So we dream about being chased by a monster because one day it might happen! It’s a bit like a pianist practising her scales every day even though she doesn’t need to use them at that moment.

Others believe that dreaming is the brain’s way of exercising the pathways between the brain cells. This may be an important element in why we sleep rather than why we dream. We die if we don’t sleep but we can live without dreaming. Some patients with brain injuries lose the ability to dream but don’t seem to suffer any ill-effects.

6. Patience

Patience is a person's ability to wait something out or endure something tedious, without getting riled up. It takes a lot of patience to wait for your braces to come off, to deal with a toddler's temper tantrum, or to build a house out of toothpicks.

Having patience means you can remain calm, even when you've been waiting forever or dealing with something painstakingly slow or trying to teach someone how to do something and they just don't get it. It involves acceptance and tolerance, and is usually easier to have when there's something in it for you at the end. That could be a goal you've been slowly working to achieve, or just lower blood pressure.
