सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दाखिल एक याचिका में कहा गया है कि मोदी सरकार ने देशभर में कच्चे लोहे की 358 खदानों की लीज का एक्सटेंशन बिना वैल्यूएशन किए कर दिया है। इससे सरकार को 4 लाख करोड़ रुपए का नुकसान हुआ है।
यदि यही भाजपा बात बात में यूपीए की सरकार में 2 जी स्पेक्ट्रम घोटाले में 2.76 लाख करोड़ रुपए के नुकसान को घोटाला कहती है तो यह भी उसी तरह का घोटाला है………. सबसे बड़ी बात तो यह है कि यह बात वही वकील कह रहा है जो सबसे पहले कोल गेट घोटाले को सामने लाया था यह याचिका उसी वकील एलएम शर्मा ने दाखिल की है………
एमएल शर्मा वही वकील हैं, जिन्होंने कोयला घोटाले का केस सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लड़कर यूपीए सरकार के लिए मुसीबत पैदा कर दी थी. कैग रिपोर्ट के आधार पर उन्होंने ही कोयला ब्लॉक आवंटन रद्द करने की मांग की थी. जिसके बाद कई ब्लॉकों का आवंटन रद्द हुआ था. ………….राफेल का मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट की दहलीज तक पहुंचाने वाले पहले वकील भी एमएल शर्मा ही है पनामा पेपर्स लीक का मामला भी एमएल शर्मा ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट में ले गए थे. जिस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार, सीबीआई और आरबीआई से जवाब मांगा था…………ओर भी ऐसे बहुत से केस है……….
आज यह वकील अपनी याचिका में कोर्ट को बता रहा है कि देशभर में कच्चे लोहे व खनिज की माइनिंग खदानों की लीज का एक्सटेंशन करने का फैसला लेकर मोदी सरकार ने भ्रष्टाचार किया है।
याचिकाकर्ता का आरोप है कि 358 खदानों की माइनिंग लीज की अवधि को बढ़ाने का फैसला लेने से पहले मोदी सरकार ने न तो उनका वर्तमान समय के अनुसार वैल्यूएशन कराया और न ही उनकी नीलामी की प्रक्रिया की…………. मोदी सरकार ने एक आदेश जारी कर जिसके पास पहले से माइनिंग लीज थी, उसे दोबारा वही खदान की माइनिंग लीज दे दी………. इस तरह से लोगों के टैक्स से अर्जित करीब 4 लाख करोड़ रुपये का भारी नुकसान सरकार को हुआ……….
याचिकाकर्ता का कहना है कि मोदी सरकार ने वर्ष 2015 में संशोधित माइन्स एंड मिनरल्स एक्ट लाकर राज्य सरकारों को बाध्य किया कि वह 288 कच्चे लोहे के मिनरल ब्लॉक्स की खदानों की लीज की अवधि को बढ़ा दें………… याचिकाकर्ता का आरोप है कि ऐसा केंद्र सरकार ने इसलिए किया क्योंकि इसकी एवज में उनकी पार्टी को भारी रकम चंदे के रूप में दी गई थी………
याचिकाकर्ता के अनुसार केंद्र की सरकार के दबाव में गोआ ने 160, कर्नाटक ने 45 और उड़ीसा ने 31 खदानों की लीज की अवधि को बढ़ा दिया। इनमें से ज्यादातर खदानों पर वेदांता ग्रुप और टाटा ग्रुप का नियंत्रण है। ये दोनों ही ग्रुप सत्तारूढ़ दल को भारी चंदा देते रहे हैं………
