पत्नीछोड़ दास की यह तीनों विरंगनाएँ पतिचोर हैं और इसके लिए इन्होंने अपना सनातन धर्म तक त्याग दिया है।
(1) हेमा मालिनी ने प्रकाश कौर के पति धर्मेन्द्र से शादी करने के लिए अपना धर्म परिवर्तन करके आयशा बी बन गयीं और धर्मेन्द्र दिलावर खान बन गये तथा 21 अगस्त 1979 को इस्लाम धर्म कबूल करते हुए धर्मेन्द्र और हेमा मालिनी ने निकाह कर लिया।
(2) जयाप्रदा भी कुछ ऐसी ही निकलीं और दे-दे प्यार दे कहते कहते श्रीमती चंद्रा के पति और तीन बच्चों के बाप श्रीकांत नहाटा से विवाह करके ईसाई बन गयीं
(3) और अब स्मृति ईरानी की कहानी स्मृति मलहोत्रा की नज़र मुंबई में सहारा देने वाली उनकी सहेली मोना के पति ज़ूबिन ईरानी पर पड़ गयी और सहेली के घर में रहते हुए स्मृति मलहोत्रा ने अपनी सहेली के पति को चुरा लिया और जुबिन इरानी ने मोना को तलाक देकर स्मृति ईरानी से शादी कर ली और सूमृति ईरानी पारसी बन गयीं
