गली से गुजरते हुए सब्जी वाले ने तीसरी मंजिल की घंटी का बटन दबाया। ऊपर से बालकनी का दरवाजा खोलकर बाहर आई महिला ने नीचे देखा।
"बीबी जी ! सब्जी ले लो । बताओ क्या- क्या तोलना है। कई दिनों से आपने सब्जी नहीं खरीदी मुझसे, कोई और देकर जा रहा है?" सब्जी वाले ने चिल्लाकर कहा।
"रुको भैया! मैं नीचे आती हूँ।"
उसके बाद महिला घर से नीचे उतर कर आई और सब्जी वाले के पास आकर बोली - "भैया ! तुम हमारी घंटी मत बजाया करो। हमें सब्जी की जरूरत नहीं है।"
"कैसी बात कर रही हैं बीबी जी ! सब्जी खाना तो सेहत के लिए बहुत जरूरी होता है। किसी और से लेती हो क्या सब्जी ?" सब्जीवाले ने कहा।
"नहीं भैया! उनके पास अब कोई काम नहीं है। और किसी तरह से हम लोग अपने आप को जिंदा रखे हुए हैं। जब सब ठीक होने लग जाएगा, घर में कुछ पैसे आएंगे, तो तुमसे ही सब्जी लिया करूंगी। मैं किसी और से सब्जी नहीं खरीदती हूँ। तुम घंटी बजाते हो तो उन्हें बहुत बुरा लगता है, उन्हें अपनी मजबूरी पर गुस्सा आने लगता है। इसलिए भैया अब तुम हमारी घंटी मत बजाया करो।" महिला कहकर अपने घर में वापिस जाने लगी।
"ओ बहन जी ! तनिक रुक जाओ। हम इतने बरस से तुमको सब्जी दे रहे हैं । जब तुम्हारे अच्छे दिन थे, तब तुमने हमसे खूब सब्जी और फल लिए थे। अब अगर थोड़ी-सी परेशानी आ गई है, तो क्या हम तुमको ऐसे ही छोड़ देंगे ? सब्जी वाले हैं, कोई नेता जी तो है नहीं कि वादा करके छोड़ दें। रुके रहो दो मिनिट।"
और सब्जी वाले ने एक थैली के अंदर टमाटर , आलू, प्याज, घीया, कद्दू और करेले डालने के बाद धनिया और मिर्च भी उसमें डाल दिया । महिला हैरान थी। उसने तुरंत कहा –
"भैया ! तुम मुझे उधार सब्जी दे रहे हो, कम से कम तोल तो लेते, और मुझे पैसे भी बता दो। मैं तुम्हारा हिसाब लिख लूंगी। जब सब ठीक हो जाएगा तो तुम्हें तुम्हारे पैसे वापस कर दूंगी।" महिला ने कहा।
"वाह..... ये क्या बात हुई भला ? तोला तो इसलिए नहीं है कि कोई मामा अपने भांजी -भाँजे से पैसे नहीं लेता है। और बहिन ! मैं कोई अहसान भी नहीं कर रहा हूँ । ये सब तो यहीं से कमाया है, इसमें तुम्हारा हिस्सा भी है। गुड़िया के लिए ये आम रख रहा हूँ, और भाँजे के लिए मौसमी । बच्चों का खूब ख्याल रखना। ये बीमारी बहुत बुरी है। और आखिरी बात सुन लो .... घंटी तो मैं जब भी आऊँगा, जरूर बजाऊँगा।" और सब्जी वाले ने मुस्कुराते हुए दोनों थैलियाँ महिला के हाथ में थमा दीं।
अब महिला की आँखें मजबूरी की जगह स्नेह के आंसुओं से भरी हुईं थीं।

Sputnik V (Sputnik V)

कोविशील्ड को सिंगल वायरस के जरिए बनाया गया है जो कि चिम्पैंजी में पाए जाने वाले एडेनोवायरस (चिंपैंजी के मल में पाया जाने वाला वायरस) ChAD0x1 से बनी है।
ये वही वायरस है जो चिंपैंजी में होने वाले जुकाम का कारण बनता है लेकिन इस वायरस की जेनेटिक सरंचना COVID के वायरस से मिलती है इसलिए एडेनो-वायरस का उपयोग कर के शरीर मे एंटीबॉडी बनाने को वैक्सीन इम्युनिटी सिस्टम को प्रेरित करती है। कोवीशील्ड को भी WHO ने मंजूरी दी है। इसकी प्रभाविकता या इफेक्टिवनेस रेट 70 फीसदी है। यह वैक्सीन कोरोना के गंभीर लक्षणों से बचाती है और संक्रमित व्यक्ति जल्दी ठीक होता है।ये व्यक्ति को वेन्टिलर पर जाने से भी बचाती है। इसका रख-रखाव रखना बेहद आसान है क्योंकि यह लगभग 2° से 8°C पर कहीं भी ले जाई जा सकती है इसलिए इसकी उपयोग में लाने के बाद बची हुई वैक्सीन की वायल को फ्रिज में स्टोर किया जा सकता है।
कोवैक्सिन (Covaxin)
कोवैक्सिन को ICMR और भारत बायोटेक ने मिलकर तैयार किया है। इसे वैक्सीन बनाने के सबसे पुराने अर्थात पारंपरिक इनएक्टिवेटेड प्लेटफॉर्म पर बनाया गया है। इनएक्टिवेटेड का मतलब है कि इसमें डेड वायरस को शरीर में डाला जाता है, जिससे एंटीबॉडी पैदा होती है और फिर यही एंटीबॉडी वायरस को मारती है। यह वैक्सीन लोगों को संक्रमित करने में सक्षम नहीं है क्योंकि वैक्सीन बनाना बेहद फाइन बैलेंस का काम होता है ताकि वायरस शरीर मे एक्टिवेट न हो सके। ये इनक्टिवेटेड वायरस शरीर के प्रतिरक्षा तंत्र को असली वायरस को पहचानने के लिए तैयार करता है और संक्रमण होने पर उससे लड़ता है और उसे खत्म करने की कोशिश करता है।
इस वैक्सीन से कोरोना वायरस को खतरा है, इंसानों को नहीं।
कोवैक्सीन की प्रभाविकता 78 फीसदी है। एक शोध में ये भी बताया गया है कि यह वैक्सीन घातक संक्रमण और मृत्यु दर के जोखिम को 100 फीसदी तक कम कर सकती है। हाल ही में हुए शोध में यह दावा किया गया है कि कोवैक्सिन कोरोना के सभी वेरिएंट्स के खिलाफ कारगर है।
Note- इन सभी वैक्सीन में सिर्फ covaxin अकेली वैक्सीन है जिसे वैक्सीन बनाने के सबसे पुराने तरीके से बनाया गया है इसमें कोरोना वायरस के ही (इनक्टिवेटेड वायरस अर्थात मृत-स्वरूप को उपयोग में लाया है और यही एक बड़ा कारण है जोकि covaxin को कोरोना के 671 वैरिएंट (हाल ही में हुए शोध अनुसार) के खिलाफ प्रभावी बनाता है मतलब ये कि चाहे कोरोना वायरस कितना भी म्यूटेशन कर ले (अर्थात रूप बदल लें) covaxin उन सभी पर प्रभावी रहेगी।
स्पुतनिक- V (Sputnik V)
इसे मॉस्को के गमलेया रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट ने तैयार किया है,जिसे भारत में डॉ० रेड्डी लैब द्वारा बनाया जाएगा। इसे भी 2-8°C पर स्टोर किया जा सकता है।स्पुतनिक V भी एक वायरल वेक्टर वैक्सीन है, लेकिन इसमें और बाकी वैक्सीन में एक बड़ा फर्क यही है कि बाकी वैक्सीन को एक वायरस से बनाया गया है, जबकि इसमें दो वायरस हैं और इसके दोनों डोज अलग-अलग होते हैं। स्पुतनिक V को भारत ही नहीं बल्कि हर जगह अब तक की सबसे प्रभावी वैक्सीन माना गया है। इस पैमाने पर भारत की सबसे इफेक्टिव वैक्सीन है। स्पुतनिक V 91.6 % प्रभावी है। ऐसे में इसे सबसे अधिक प्रभावी वैक्सीन कहा जा सकता है। यह सर्दी, जुकाम और अन्य श्वसन रोग पैदा करने वाले एडेनोवायरस-26 (Ad26) और एडेनोवायरस-5 ( Ad5) अर्थात 2 अलग अलग प्रकार के वायरस पर आधारित है। यह कोरोना वायरस में पाए जाने वाले कांटेदार प्रोटीन (Spike प्रोटीन- यही वो प्रोटीन है जो शरीर की कोशिकाओं अर्थात सेल्स में एंट्री लेने में मदद करता है) की नकल करती है, जो शरीर पर सबसे पहले हमला करता है। वैक्सीन शरीर में पहुंचते ही इम्यून सिस्टम सक्रिय हो जाता है। और शरीर में एंटीबॉडी पैदा हो जाती है। यही एंटीबॉडी शरीर को कोरोना वायरस से बचाती हैं।
अब बात करते हैं स्पुतनिक की ही सिंगल डोज वाली वैक्सीन अर्थात Sputnik Light की,
चूंकि स्पुतनिक वैक्सीन की दोनों डोज में दो अलग अलग वायरस उपयोग होते है तो स्पुतनिक लाइट वैक्सीन असल में स्पुतनिक-V वैक्सीन का पहला डोज ही है। ध्यान रहे कि स्पुतनिक-V में दो अलग-अलग वैक्सीन तीन हफ्ते के अंतराल के बाद दिए जाते हैं। अब इसे बनाने वाली कंपनी ने दावा किया है कि स्पुतनिक-V का पहला डोज भी कोरोना संक्रमण से बचाने में कारगर है और इसे ही स्पुतनिक-लाइट के रूप में लांच किया गया है।जिसका इफेक्टिवनेस 79.4% है जोकि अन्य वैक्सीन के दो डोज से भी अधिक है यदि इसकी मंजूरी भारत में मिलती है तो एक डोज में ही अधिक टीकाकरण किया जा सकेगा।जिससे टीकाकरण में तेजी भी लाई जा सकेगी।
◆ इन तीनों के अलावा 2 वैक्सीन और भी हैं विश्व में जिनको आपातकालीन मंजूरी दी गयी है लेकिन फिलहाल भारत मे मान्य नहीं है जोकि मोडर्ना और फाइजर की हैं,
मोडर्ना को जहाँ -20° पर स्टोर करना होता है वहीं दूसरी ओर फाइजर की वैक्सीन को -70°C से -75°C पर सुरक्षित रखना पड़ता है यही कारण है भारत इन वैक्सीन को मंजूरी देने में कदम पीछे खींच रहा है क्योंकि भारत मे ऐसे तंत्र को विकसित करना मुश्किल है जिसमें इस तापमान को मेंटेन रखा जाए।इससे भी अलग एक बात ये है कि इस वैक्सीन को बनाने में परम्परागत तकनीक से अलग तकनीक उपयोग में लाई गई है।
परंपरागत वैक्सीन के जरिए हमारे शरीर के रक्तप्रवाह में जीवित या मृत वायरस डाला जाता है। साथ ही इसमें कई पदार्थ होते हैं, जो प्रतिरोधी प्रक्रिया के उत्पादन के लिए जरूरी होते हैं। लेकिन कोविड-19 की नई वैक्सीन में मैसेंजर आरएनए (MRNA) का इस्तेमाल किया गया है, जो एक प्रकार का न्यूक्लिक अम्ल है।
यह मैसेंजर आरएनए एक आनुवंशिक तंत्र (genetic mechanism) का संकेत देता है, जिससे कोविड एंटीबॉडी उत्पन्न होती है, जो वायरस के निशानों को नष्ट कर देती है। यानी इस प्रक्रिया में वायरस को शरीर में सीधे इंजेक्ट नहीं किया जाता है।

तुलनात्मक अध्ययन सिर्फ आपकी जानकारी के लिए हैं क्योंकि अभी तक भारत में स्वीकृत तीनों ही वैक्सीन (कोविशील्ड,कोवाक्सिन और स्पुतनिक) कोविड को गम्भीर होने और वेंटिलेटर पर जाने से बचाती हैं और जो भी वैक्सीन मिल जाये, तुरन्त लगवाएं क्योंकि ये तीनों की वैक्सीन रोग के गम्भीर होने के खतरे को टाल देती है और आपकी रक्षा करती हैं।

VIVO IPL 2021 Postponed
The Indian Premier League Governing Council (IPL GC) and Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in an emergency meeting has unanimously decided to postpone IPL 2021 season, with immediate effect.
The BCCI does not want to compromise on the safety of the players, support staff and the other participants involved in organising the IPL. This decision was taken keeping the safety, health and wellbeing of all the stakeholders in mind.
These are difficult times, especially in India and while we have tried to bring in some positivity and cheer, however, it is imperative that the tournament is now suspended and everyone goes back to their families and loved ones in these trying times.
The BCCI will do everything in its powers to arrange for the secure and safe passage of all the participants in IPL 2021.
The BCCI would like to thank all the healthcare workers, state associations, players, support staff, franchises, sponsors, partners and all the service providers who have tried their best to organise IPL 2021 even in these extremely difficult times.

As being busy is a catastrophic as they always talk about how they will change instead of focusing on bringing changes as productive people do. Be effective in whatever your are doing because number of hours you spent hardly matters what matters most is how effectively you utilize your skills and time i.e being fruitful in achieving your goals. Multitasking is another myth which comes to lime light when talk about being busy rather keep focus on a single task it will be helpful in making you more productive.
