7 - लंच के बाद थोड़ी देर सो जायें (लगभग 3 घंटा)..😃
8 - अधिक देर न सोये नहीँ तो शाम के चाय कचोरी का समय निकल जायेगा..😃
9 - अब डिनर मैं कुछ हल्का लें जैसे दाल मक्खनी, कढ़ाई पनीर, दम आलू और बटर नान with एक्सट्रा मक्खन और एक आइस क्रीम..😃
10 - रात के खाने के बाद टहलना बहुत ही ज़रूरी है इसलिए अपने बेड का एक चक्कर लगाये और कम्बल ओढ़ कर सो जाए..!😃
