This is the ancestral business of the Aggarwal family presently managed by two brothers Mukesh Aggarwal and Rajesh Aggarwal two sons of Vishnu Aggarwal. Aggarwal’s family is the typical orthodox family where everything should be done in the same way as their elders did from the beginning.
Mukesh is the elder son of Vishnu and has two sons Kishan, Kishore, and daughter Niharikha. The elder son of Mukesh has completed his engineering degree in computers from MIT [ Mangalore Institute of Technology ] and the younger son completed his CA. Both Kishan and Kishore were helping their father and uncle in the family business. Kishan and Kishore have their own and different ambitions in their life. Though they have their own ambitions when it comes to the family and family business they should step into the family business for sure. Aggarwal family restaurant is the ancestral business and that should be taken over only by the male children of the family.
Well, Niharikha is totally different, from childhood she is very fond of her family business. Whenever she is on holiday she used to reach the restaurant to help her father and uncle with great enthusiasm. Niharikha loves to be in the restaurant and she loves to manage everything in the restaurant. She is very keen on learning the Mangalore cuisine and tries that in a different way. She went on with the correct flow according to her ambition by choosing a hotel management course. When she was studying her MBA in hotel management at Srinivas College of hotel management in Mangalore she started experiencing the most wonderful moments in her life.
